This data will be held for a period of up to 5 years following the last year of membership, unless a written request is received to remove your data from our records.

Published materials
The Oceans Past Initiative follows a general Public Domain policy for its online materials, including documents, newsletters, images, datasets, and databases. However, in cases where materials are subject to personal property rights or copyright, they are protected under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This means materials may be shared and adapted for non-commercial use, as long as appropriate credit is given.
